HALO SIM will also update information and employee’s performance regularly so employee’s performance, both complaints, suggestions, critics, needs , and others can be completed and given the solution. SIM ACCESS (SIM Accurate Employee Intellegence Selection System)

In the recruitment process, SIM has an online psychological test system developed by professional applied psychology institutions which is called SIM Access.

SIM can accommodate every job application in an online form job application in a system called  Swakarir. The system can be accessed online and real time.
